Restaurante Cocó es uno de los pocos restaurantes en Ávila especializados en carne a la piedra.
¿Por que nos gusta tanto esta manera de comer carne?
Muy sencillo, ¡nunca fallas!, podrás disfrutar la carne en Ávila al punto exacto que a ti te guste, la carne estará caliente de principio a fin y podrás ajustar la cantidad de sal a tus preferencias.
En restaurante Cocó, actualmente ofrecemos dos tipos de carne a degustar, la primera es el famoso chuletón de Ávila o también llamado chuletón de avileño, y la segunda pero no menos importante, el lomo de vaca vieja, excelente por su combinación de sabor y de grasa.
El chuletón de Ávila lo servimos de 700grs aproximadamente y con una maduración en cámara de dos a tres meses.
El lomo de vaca tiene algo mas de maduración, y lo servimos en raciones de 1/2 kg.

Why do we like this way of eating meat so much?
Very simple, you never fail! You can enjoy the meat in Ávila to the exact point that you like, the meat will be hot from start to finish and you can adjust the amount of salt to your preferences.
At Cocó restaurant, we currently offer two types of meat to taste, the first is the famous Ávila steak or also called Avileño steak, and the second but not least, the old cow loin, excellent for its combination of flavor and grease.
The Ávila ribeye is served at approximately 700g and matures in a chamber for two to three months.
The beef tenderloin has a bit more maturation, and we serve it in portions of 1/2 kg.
